HOW TO LOWER CHOLESTEROL NATURALLY

One of the first things we must do to reduce our cholesterol levels is to avoid saturated fats, found in foods like red meat and vegetable oils such as palm, and replace them with healthy fats like olive oil.

Green tea: Green tea is a healthy substitute for sugary drinks and soda. According to various studies, green tea contains certain compounds that help lower “bad” cholesterol.
Nuts: according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, eating a handful of nuts for 6 days a week for a month, reduces levels of total blood cholesterol by 5.4 percent and the ” bad “or LDL by 9.3 percent. The nuts, however, are rich in calories, so we should not abuse them.
