Ladies with fringes like Sienna Miller and Michelle Obama are highly individual and know what they like. According to trichologist Phillip Kingsley, the reason we put such an emphasis on hair is because it is a secondary sexual characteristic and can affect everything from the partners we attract to the way we feel about ourselves.
