Three British women will get pioneering womb transplants.

Three women are to become the first in the UK to received a groundbreaking new womb transplant surgery which doctors believe could allow thousands of women to achieve their dream of becoming mothers. The world’s first successful womb transplant took place in Sweden in 2013 - with Claes Nilsson and Malin Stenberg (left) becoming parents soon after.
