He also advised the public get as much Vitamin D as possible to help our bodies get in the best condition. "Obviously these thing aren't going to stop you from getting [coronavirus] but it's good to boost your immune system and explained that 70% of it is in the gut. "Your immune system protects you against viruses and bacteria," he said.
