Step 1- Uncover your strengths: Ask yourself, what roles do you play in life…  Are you a wife, manager, student, mother, father? Next, think about why these roles are important to you and what it is that you give to each of them… Ask yourself, what it is that you offer to the world that is unique?

Step 2- Uncover your weaknesses: The first step to uncovering your weaknesses is to acknowledge that we allhave them. Once you accept this, it’s important to then identify what they are. 
Here are two very effective questions that you can ask yourself to uncover what your weaknesses are: What are the things that I usually avoid doing? What activities do I often procrastinate on?
