This low fat Coleslaw recipe is quick, easy, and results in the perfect.
Ingredients
Cabbage, raw 2 cup, shredded
Carrots, raw ½ cup grated
Onions raw 1 slice, large 1/4" thick
Parsley, raw 1 tbsp

Preparation method
- Mix the cabbage with the carrot and sliced onion in a large bowl.
- Add the Lemon Yogurt Dressing. Toss vigorously. Garnish with the parsley and chill until ready to serve.
